My package arrived damaged, what can I do?Updated a month ago

If the package has visible damage upon delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Take photos of the package and the product inside.
  • Log in to the Returns Portal and start the return process by selecting “Package damaged upon delivery”.
  • Attach images to help us evaluate the report.
