What conditions must the product meet to be returned?Updated a month ago

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

✅ With all tags and in the original packaging.
✅ Shipped in a box that only shows the return address and the label provided.

If using recycled packaging, be sure to remove or cover any labels from previous shipments.
